You pay - as did we all - to unlock those maps and so on with tickets, not by just being VIP. It's been like this since way back on Day One in the AE, so it's not false advertising. 
Yes, you can publish an arc then yank it - paranoid farmers used to do that back in the day to try and avoid getting caught farming.

Today, I paid for premium (VIP) service, on the understanding that among the things offered was full Architect access. However, I am still not able to get at the unlock able maps, unlock able enemy groups, etc. What do I need to do? Is this false advertising?
Also, is it possible to publish a story (to play with friends), and then pull it?
