They recently seperated Aion and Linage into a seperate master account system.

Well, I'm trying to log in from the city of heroes homepage. Trying to log in on the master account that has my city of heroes account on it. It does also have an aion account on it, but I kind of need to be able to get to my CoH account info. I do not and never have had a lineage account, so it seems kind of odd that out of the blue I cannot get into my account ya know?
I had this problem yesterday, and so did some others. There's some posts by Zwill about it, iirc.
Short answer: stuff is being worked on, and might be a little intermittent. My problem clear up after a couple of hours. Check back later; if it persists you might have to contact someone.
It's been broken for me too, for a few days now.
Master account and password leads nowhere except back to the login again.
It's been this way since that update to the site for the other games.
I read somewhere that it is possible to login to the master account through the COH client but I have not tried that myself, not yet anyway.

So I tried to log in to my NCSoft master account and it tells me my login and/or password are incorrect. When I click the Forgot Password link it tells me that "We did not find that e-mail address in our records, please try again."
I have not changed my e-mail address I still have recent e-mails for my account in the trash on that e-mail account. Is something going on with the NCSoft site that I just missed? Should I just give it a little time or get with support?
