Water/Energy PvE Build Help

So, this is what I have so far. Probably really rough but I'd like some critique on it. Fly is my preferred travel set, so Super Jump is missing from the build. And yes, I do want Leviathan mastery as part of it, it just syncs well with the power set and I'm a big old dork like that.

So, anywhere I could fix this? I know probably in the defenses. And also, conserve energy is overslotted and unenhanced. I just left that there for the change coming up to Blasters so I can play around with Energize once its available.

I went for flight and Leviathan Mastery, like you did, and 32.5% S/L/R defense. Personally I would not want to skip Steam Spray, but have found Hydro Blast unnecessary.

Geyser needs more recharge than in the build you posted, IMO. One Force Feedback proc every ~80 seconds isn't terribly exciting, either.

I didn't really have any suggestions for him either since I am also looking for advice and stink at builds, but his build gave me quite a few ideas. Also, I +5'd his hasten (not sure if he has the means, but if he can he should) cus it gives him Perma-hasten, and then if you combine that with powerboost, between geyser and hydroblast he has a really great chance to set off the +chance for recharge, which can get him well under a minute if hes lucky enough to fire off both. (if he used a purple set for geyser, he could hit a 45 sec recharge without it, its still 55 seconds)

My only concern with his build is that it looks super clicky. He has all the great buffs and power up that are almost all perm and he can keep most of them up 80% of the time. the strain of maintaining that though and the toll on the endurance is another matter...

I have actually found this character to be very endurance-friendly. I rarely even have to use Conserve Power, and blue inspirations just waste space in my tray. Granted, I don't have Maneuvers or Shark Skin yet, which may change things.

The Force Feedback proc only lasts 5 seconds when it goes off, and does not stack, and is very unreliable in single-target attacks, so it's not going to get Geyser anywhere near a 45-second recharge.

Your right, forgot they wouldn't stack :P also I have to correct my perma hasten cus I didn't realize the proc was "active" when I saw the perma hasten~ (I still have so much to learn~)

I feel like since you skipped all the melee attacks from EM and water is completely ranged, just forget about S/L defense and focus on range. Especially considering you went fly/hover.

This is the build I'm working on ATM, you might be able to fit it better to the pools/APP's that you wanted.
