Woo that does sound good. Especially on non 50 brutes as they lvl..to counteract that fury rush.

Think this will make Bio armor even better. And some of the squishier sets a little more resilient in the earlier levels.

Now I want to find a place for this proc. Before, it was crap. This is great news
