Looking for an active RP-heavy SG

Hey Y'all,

There are 3 of us (all RL friends) looking for an RP-heavy, active SG that's okay with us each having 1-2 alts plus our mains. We have no discernable character theme (2 time traveling steampunks, a nurse from Virginia who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, the teenaged female version of Tarzan, one very unlucky college kid with ice magic, and a space cop). We had our own SG for a while but there's only so much you can do with a small group. We're around a couple nights a week and occasionally on weekends. Is your SG right for us? We'd love to meet some different groups and join in on a mission or trial to get to know you before we settle on a permanent home Shoot me a message on Med-Evac Laurie and let's set something up!

Virtue:
Med-Evac Laurie - 50 Emp/Rad Defender
Miss Verity Lane - 36 Dark/Dark Defender
Hawkwing Bird - 20 Beast Mastermind

My strongest suggestion for you is to establish a 'theme' you all want to follow. Many of the heavier RP-SGs tend to have some themes to them... and many of them also tend to be pretty dark.

I run an RPSG myself, and I may or may not chat you up, depending on your stance of theme, since our theme seems to be "For Fun!" and less "GrimdarkangstTHEWORLDISRUINED" that you're going to see fairly often.

But yes, do the following:

1) Establish the over-arcing theme of the RPSG you desire.

2) Figure out personal character goals, if any.

3) Decide if you're going to be Main Focused, or Heavy Altitis.

Is GRIMDARK really that prevalent in supergroups? Most I see are Justice League/Super Friends type of deal. Which, I don't really see any of the OPs characters sticking out too much from.

It's a 'thing' lately, yes. The Justice League/Super Friend groups just tend to be more 'vocal'.

And also silly!

Some SGs to check out:

* Global Defense Force

* Silver Aegis

* Battle Ready Organization

GDF's contact is typically Dawnshift (@MKing) or @Kaz Kade / @Masters

SA's contact varies between our officers (tinyurl.com/silveraegis should be the link. If not, @The Antipode
@Leghuna Grav
@Seraph Haze
@Insane V
@Unit v4.0
@Shadeknight
@Hendrake
@Kohrak
can all work.)

BRO's contacts are @exclius, @It's Raining Fen (The Radiopath), @cenes (Ka'loni), @7im (Gnit), @OhHaiMac (Son of Consolation)

All three share some connection in a theme and BRO + SA are aligned with one another.
