need some info on this build as i know nothing of eather power set but i wanna be abble to do everything with this toon i will use mids soon as i get a lil info on it

Hard to say not knowing what build you had planned. Basically, if I were to build a SR/KM tank with unlimited resources I'd prolly do something like this build. Ideally, you are at the Incarnate softcap (or close enough) and you have enough KB/Stuns for dmg mitigation. lack of Self Heal should be covered with Rebirth Incarnate and the Regeneration from Melee Hybrid. Accolades are interesting to get for the added +HP.

Of course, if you don't want all those purple sets, it's just a minor matter of jiggling around with regular IO's

Made a cheaper build with no purple sets trying to keep similar stats. Here, Accolades are more important than in the previous build not only for the +HP but also for the +Recovery since I've removed The Miracle IO.

All those fance LoTG's can be easily obtained through Astral merits when running your Incarnate Trials, no idea about the build cost but it could be about 1.5 bil or less with enough astral merits:

Not true I get 53 merits per HAMI, and there is other TFs and SFs out there that ppl do all the time. Not to mention u can get merits from running story arcs.

Still, takes a whole Hami raid to be arranged plus with 53 merits you don't even get a rare. A few iTrials in a row can grant you easily a LoTG 7.5% rchg and a LoTG Def a day (at least that's what I've been getting). So yes, basically it's true, it's much easier to get recipes through Astrals than through regular merits, that's why you get far more incarnate trials arranged in a day than Hami raids. Maybe in less populated servers you have to resource to TF's because you only need 8 people or less, that's not the case on the server the OP plays his tanker.-

FYI i get them on both the main servers I play which is very populated, and it dose not take HAMI long to organize it since we do have set times and days for them, sometimes we even have extra HAMIs on Justice. Even on Freedom we get HAMI done in less then 30 min. Both servers very populated.

And how many LoTG's or Numina's do you get for 53 merits? Anyway, I understand you guys have to promote TF's and stuff which is great but Astral Merits are a more efficient way to get rare IO's. In this case, I also recommended the OP to get Accolades which include TF Commander so he should get some regular merits too.
