Glad to hear you hit 50. A bit of advice, rather then running caves (which are meant for leveling), you want to run levels meant to max out your AE tickets. A majority of the money you make will be from turning those tickets into reward rolls for recipes. A ticket run takes me 2 minutes to complete, so might take you 3 or 4 and will net you 3 million each time but those tickets if you get the right recipes can net you 50+ million each. You'll have to learn which ones you want to craft and sell. Some are more expensive then others obviously. Bronze lvl 10 to whatever is what I recommend. It costs the least tickets and has some gems in it.

Sweet thanks, yea i been looking for a good ticket map just havent found one yet. I used Dacus maps for lvling.

P.S Im glad you guys have been so helpful its rare to go to alot of game forums and not find alot of #####bags. But i really appreciate it.you guys have been great.

Everyone has their own "get rich" tips, but since you are a new player here are some things that work for me.

1.) If you are relatively low on cash, 10-14 bronze ticket rolls or 35-39 bronze rolls give you the best odds of getting useful recipes. The downside is that you have to sort through many relatively useless recipes. If you are new to the game, it might not be immediately obvious what is valuable and what is not. You can put the recipe up in the market and check its price (if there are a ton for sale and no bids, its probably worthless). Unless you have the /ah veteran reward that lets you check the auction house from anywhere, this can be time consuming.

2.) 10-14 and 35-39 silver recipes are a decent compromise. Its less efficient from a ticket standpoint, but possibly more efficient from a time standpoint. Salvage will be more expensive, so you might want to build up a bit more of a nest egg.

3.) I suggest doing villain tips and do a villain morality mission. This will "reconfirm" your alignment as a villain and allow you to earn Villain Merits from Signature Story Arcs. You can earn one villain merit each week via SSAs, and the first time you do an episode of an SSA you can get a merit that does not count towards your one per week. Currently there are 8 episodes live. You can use villain merits to purchase expensive recipes (LOTG +Recharge costs 2 VMs). They are a decent break from farming (just make sure you turn down the mission difficulty slider!).

What are the different ways to get the Aegis resist sets? I never see any for sale on freedom.

Aegis: Resistance/Endurance discount

-The Reward Merit cost of this recipe is 125 Merits.
-The Alignment Merit cost of this recipe is 1 Merit.
-The Astral Merit cost of this recipe is 16 Merits.

etc

Painful when that happens, I've bid 200mill on a piece of salvage worth 2mill but farmers like us know that inf is easy to come buy only a temporary setback

Ok now that i got a decent build on my brute . By the way replaced my mediocre build and now have Dacus build until i can afford more purples and stuff. But my Question is How do i start the incarnate stuff? I searched through the guides and maybe i overlooked it or something? Can Incarnate stuff be done solo or does it have to be teams? If so can 3 people do it? I usually run with 2 others.

incarnate stuff is done on leagues. which are multiple teams. they take anywhere from 8 to 24 people to complete. Your best bet (more expensive) is to make a second build thats softcapped to S/L. Maybe even energy. That will keep you from eating it very much. or you could just run them with your farming build. But you will eat it, and wont be contributing as much.

on a side note. how long does it take everyone to usually run a cave map? Red's if we want to be specific. Finished one tonight in about 61 minutes. Granted that was pretty casual and I wasnt cycling lore and force of nature.

Just made this build that softcaps S/L and Energy with T4 agility. Granted your supposed to have more than the standard softcap for trials but your league mates should be able to get you that last push with buffs. Feel free to remove the pvp -res proc and put the slot wherever else. Highly considering this build for myself since lately I feel worthless on trials. Used to have a second build that was softcapped to S/L but stripped it of its IO's for other toons.

Here's the problem I am having. I have gotten several recipes, and enhancements on the market, and have had them there for over a month. They have consistently been selling for more than I have been asking with 2 days where some dipped below, but I still have not sold mine. One I have sells consistently for 10mil, and I have it up for 8mil. I see it selling day after day for 10mil, and a month with out selling it at all. is there something I am missing here?

Posted

The person with the lowest sell prices gets theirs sold first. So someone must be setting their's to like 7 which is lower than yours and it gets sold first.

Curious what everyone is doing for damage buffs? I'd like to be closer to the cap then what I currently am.
