Fire/Storm/Stone build help
A pretty solid build from first glance, but I'd be very worried about Endurance usage vs recovery. Hot Feet, Rock Armor, Manuevers and Steamy Mist could handle some swapping of IOs to get some better EndRed in there. While softcapping is great, not being able to attack due to lack of blue is no fun. You also may want to consider dropping Snow Storm for something else. Perhaps Burnout so you can do stupid tricks like stacking 2 Tornadoes, Lightning Storms and Freezing Rain on an AV, but that's more gimmicky than super effective. Or perhaps dropping Snow and Super Jump for Aid Other & Aid Self. Those are just some thoughts. At work so no mids to really get in depth on the build.
My fire/storm/stone went for as much +rec and +end. I know people feel like you have to go for +def, but I'll just say she was easily beating +3 and +4 spawns in Cimerora in the mid 40s with ease and can run +2/6-8 missions without blinking and without the "benefits" (note quotes) of soft capping. It's such an end hog I highly recommend +end +rec as a priority.

Some comments from me. Please ignore what you don't like
- I agree with the previous poster about Endurance issues. Not sure if you're 50 yet, but Alpha Cardiac is almost a prereq. Certainly for my Fire/Storm it is anyway. The main problem is that all your toggles are slotted for not much End redux. Fire Cages & Freezing Rain are costly powers too.
- 2 End reducers in hurricane seems overkill. While I'm herdicaning, I'm generally concentrating on doing that and am not spamming other powers. once I've bunched em all up, I switch it off and start hammering out the other powers. Your playstyle may be different
- I've slotted a Basilisk like you have in Char, but also tossed two +5 Damage 50 IOs. Char is in my attack chain and I want it to do damage.
- It feels strange seeing damage in freezing Rain and no damage in Tornado. Especially with the upcoming IO to convert KB to KD which would be yummy in either Tornado or Bonfire. I'd swap the Posi Blast in FR for a single End reducer and slot up Tornado with Call to Arms to keep the recharge bonusses.
- O2 Boost... Hmm... I didn't bother with it. As a Fire/Storm I'm a demented DPS machine, holding, stunning & crisping everything. The thought of stopping to heal a team mate... Well... If you have the time to heal people, that's great, but no one is going to be looking to you to provide that service. Ask yourself how often you will really use it.
- Softcapping... Stuff never gets a chance to retaliate because it's either stunned, clutching its throat or trying to get out of Hot Feet/FR. My Fire/Storm has 13% to everything I think and I don't need anything more than that.
I think that's about it. The biggest issue I can see is End use. Assuming you have 100 END:
Fire Cages to open : 10
Flashfire to Stun : 8
Freezing Rain to debuff : 12
Run in and Fissure-Stomp : 8
Seismic Smash the boss/lieut : 13
Half your blue bar is gone, not counting any toggles...
Those are just my thoughts anyway... Take what you like etc etc...

But turning Bonfire into a knockdown patch with damage sure would be sweet . . .
As for Freezing Rain, I have been slotting (or re-slotting in many cases) my characters with FR (and one with Sleet) with 2 Rech, 4 procs. I've been using this for a while, and it seems to add a lot of damage (more than slotting Posi Blast in a very low damage power). I use the Achilles Heal proc, Posi Blast proc, Lady Grey proc and Impeded Swiftness proc. According to Mids, this adds up to 88 damage compared to about 50, but Mids doesn't incorporate the added damage from the -Dam Resist proc.

Thanks people. Endurance issues aren't huge when I'm solo (I can easily wipe large spawns without using half my powers), but in teams where I have to fight for longer periods of time (AVs, steamrolling, etc) it's a bigger problem. I think I'll rework the build for my +rec and +recharge the s/l defense without boosting it is like 38%ish, even more by leaving the Kin Combats in Seismic Smash. Think that should be plenty.
I love this toon. He is simply a blast to play. Especially solo when I can unleash Tornadoes and Lightning Storms and get away with it. However, I don't play Controllers too often so I'm not too sure about my build. It's got softcap S/L and a lot of recharge... so it -seems- okay. But I'll let all you experts take a look.
Stone is non-negotiable, it is for concept.
Any tips? Be gentle, I'm still getting used to this. No purples or PvP IOs, please.
