Trials and leading them.
This isn't detailed enough?
What about this?
Paragon Wiki's Incarnate Trial visual guides can be easy to miss if you use the site's search function, I suppose. But there's a link at the bottom of each trial's page to a visual guide and a strategy guide.
Here's a link to visual guides to every trial from BAF to MoM and here's one to the strategy guides for trials and many task forces.

Thanks tottaly missed them, still missing some of the newer trials though?

Probably, the wiki isn't always updated the instant new content comes out.
Best way I think to learn is to run the trials in game, capture the Caption text in a window, then save it and read it later to learn what you are supposed to be doing. Watch what the leader does and says, and note what you'd do the same and what you'd change. And then try it and see how it goes. Take advice from the league (esp. afterwards) on anything they had trouble with and what they'd like to see done differently. Be flexible and adapt.

If you're interested in leading trials, my advice would be to first start with the Wiki. While you're reading about each trial, don't get too worried about any strategic elements just yet. Read the Wiki for 2 things: 1) trial objectives (what you need to do to succeed) and 2) points of failure. As there can be many variations in strategy, those 2 elements will always stay the same. You may want to also take note of the level range of each trial and any special requirements (e.g. Magisterium).
Once you have a clear picture in your mind about what needs to happen in order for each trial to succeed, try to join a few on the server of your choosing. This is where you will fill in the gaps on strategy. You can read a lot of suggestions about strategy from the Wiki and on the forums, but you'll find each server has its own way of doing things, especially for the older trials. Chances are, the older a trial is, the more people will be on auto pilot. If you try to use a strategy that goes against the grain of a given server, you may experience a great deal of difficulty. This is not to say you should never try out new ideas, but as a first time leader, you'll probably want to go with the flow at first while you're still building confidence.
Once you're ready to start leading, all that's left to do is advertise your trial, invite people and communicate what you've learned up to this point: state the objectives, how to accomplish them and any relevant points of failure. You'll find with time you will emphasize some things over others as you see how people react to what you're saying. That comes with experience.

What I would like to know is, are there any established groups that regularly run various trials and TFs with the understanding that there may still be a lot of players who may not have done a given trial or TF and would like to be able to experience it for the first time without everyone else just blasting through it without taking the time to read the storylines, and hints, and instructions and whatnot?
I felt totally useless on the LGTF I got on a couple weeks ago, since it had been so long, and the one or two other times I ran it, I never had time to figure out what to do, where to be, or even decode the various instructions the leader gave, as if he assumed everyone had done this countless times.

I'm would think lots of servers have regularly scheduled runs like this.
Paragon City Search And Rescue
The Mentor Project
You can check out Snow Globe's illustrated TPN guide.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

I'd speak up when the group is forming. Ask if newbies are welcome, and if the leader will have time to explain things. Or if they are speed running, best to stay away if you want to learn, and wait for the next group.
You could post on your server forums and ask. That might be better than waiting for a random group to form that suits your needs.
I'd consider running some TF for newbies, but there's the question of "how newbie." Good players who are new, no problem.
OTOH, folks who have "special needs," are afk a lot, follow the leader means wander off and aggro three groups, take 20 minutes to load, suddenly develop "life issues" half way through the TF, etc. It's frustrating when you feel like you are being taken advantage by folks claiming to be "new."
Hey there, I'm a returning player to this game and loving it. In the past I used to run TF's all the time and lead them quite well.
Just wondering where I can read up on every trial where it tells me EXACTLY what to do, step by step so I can tell other people.
The Paragon wiki wasn't detailed enough really, I need more info.
So far I feel I can lead a SLAM and a BAF. I haven't got the hang of how to properly lead a Keyes, Can also half do a TPN.
Is there anyone here that can teach me, literally, step by step on what each AT/player should be doing in each phase of every trial?
I'd also love someone to teach me how to lead a Hami raid properly, but that's not overly important!
