I only got as far as I have by cashing in one bil influence.

You can place and delete rooms at will with absolutely no loss of prestige.

What is the minimum size room needed to add this to a base?
Pretty sure I have the prestige to add it, and I have a buddy nice enough to give me one (not that far along in Paragon Rewards).
I just would rather not buy a room too small to house it (I can save up for a bigger room, but I can't sell a room and get the money back).
