Crab Mishmash - Keen eyes needed.

Messing around with a crab spider build to go blueside, so I don't want any PPP.

Ignoring any issues of cost, thoughts on this build?
Am I missing anything key? Is anything horribly placed? Could I do more with less?
Basically the average goal was to hoverblast at ranged with capped defences, decent resists and good recharge. On paper I think this build meets all that, but I want some thoughts before I actually invest.

It will do what you want it to do, though I think it could be improved.

Soldiers of Arachnos get superior performance from the Leadership pool. Why skip it?
5% defense for yourself, your pets and your team (Maneuvers) is far better than 4% defense for just you (Combat Jumping). And passing up a 15% damage bonus for the whole team (Assault) is madness.

I think that your pets as currently implemented are a waste of power and enhancement slots. They have no accuracy slotting and you didn't take TT:Leadership or Tactics, so they won't be able to hit the broad side of a barn. I would four-slot them with Expedient Reinforcements to get the 6.25% global recharge bonuses, and as many recharge, damage and accuracy bonuses as you can get from the set. After that, I'd worry about defense and resistance IOs. Their best defense is for you to grab all the aggro, and to run both versions of Maneuvers.

Wolf Spider Armor is also dubious. An extra 3% resistance to smashing and lethal is really not worth a power slot to a Crab Spider, especially when you could have something very useful like Assault instead.

Combat Training Offensive may be nice while leveling up, but you will not need that accuracy bonus when you are 50 and coated with IOs. If you want accuracy, take Tactical Training: Leadership.

For the hover blaster, I would use the 6th slot in Suppression for a Range IO. This will substantially increase the range/altitude at which you can fight, which I think is a lot more useful than a random chance to debuff a bunch of minions.

Why so much ranged defense? Going way over soft cap does provide a buffer against cascading failure in the event you get debuffed, but it also prevents you from taking more powerful IO sets and/or procs for Channelgun and Longfang.

Trying to top the 59% Incarnate Soft Cap?

You might as well remove the pets, slotted as they are they're useless.

Hover, CJ, and Serum could all use improvements.

You may have to-hit issues if you malfactor.

Recharge is below what I would typically call desirable.
