If you are wondering why it's because in the past RMTers have gotten their hands on inactive accounts and used them to spam their advertisements via PM's. Sadly there is no way to tell exactly who is posting until after the harrasssment starts. The only defense is preventative access, which sucks for legitimate players.
Have I forgotten how to send PM's on these forums, or does that ability not belong to Premium players?
