I believe that the new ATO sets are scheduled for release with the next series of Super Packs... Late July? Early August?
Very nice. These are the non-catalyzed versions?
Either way, I'll be splitting the new set 3-by-3 if they go live with those numbers.

I was able to hunt down the numbers for this.
It applies a flat-rate 8% chance per activation per target to your attacks to deal a single tick of 35.69667 Toxic damage. In its current state, it is NOT a procs-per-minute boost.

Not all that nice, really. I'll just slot the proc or completely pass on these.

I like most of the set bonuses to be honest. However, the defense stuff is kind of junk for me, as I run a perma hasten/perma pets build and I'm not built defensively. My thinking is, I might be able to free up some slots from stuff maybe, but depending on how the numbers look with it slotted in Mid's when Mid's updates for it, I too might just go with the proc and put it into Venom Grenade and just slot Venom Grenade with 5 Posi and do the 6th slot as the SB proc. I might move some things around and attempt to get my ranged defense at least capped.

Just wondering if anyone has heard any more information about the Spider's Bite ATO?
Also, I can't seem to find the thread with all of the set bonuses (both regular and superior). If someone could repost it here, I'd be really grateful, thank you.
