I I think its crap that you can't get the badge! I am certain that other people have been awarded badges in similar situations.
However, it is against forum rules to post coversations you have with support. I would hate for you to get modsmacked over this to add insult to injury.

It sucks but it is what it is.
Hopefully, you asked politely that the issue be escalated. A full explanation of the events as you listed them here should help, but that's only a semi-reasonable person's thought process.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I was quite clear about the situation, and asked a few times for the badge/why they won't award it. They either ignored my questions or said "lol nope" (to paraphrase) in their responses. I talked to 3 different GMs, one (at least) claiming to be a senior member and that the issue could not be escalated any higher.

What a strange reponse, considering when/if you dc from a Hami raid you can petition for the reward. They do have ways of confirming you where there. The response you got makes no sense...
Did you try responding to the support emails they send about the incident, or have you only talked with the GMs in game? If you haven't responded to the support emails, you try that...

But seriously, I put together a Keyes Island trial this Sunday night once I finally had time to, to attempt the Anti-Anti-Matter badge since it seemed within reach. It took a while to get the people together, and we pulled it off. By "we" I mean everyone in the league except me, since I disconnected when Anti-Matter was regenerating for the third time. I logged back in as quickly as I could, but the trial was already over. No badge, no drop table. Petitioned for help and I got this:
