Footstomp - Force Feedback or Chance +dam?
Do you have powers that take a long time to recharge AND are effected by recharge rate boosts? if so go with FF
Force Feedback. Significantly more footstomps > 14 extra damage per footstomp, even if you have no other powers that benefit from the recharge. And you're talking about SS, so at minimum you have KO and Rage that benefit from recharge.
The real beauty of the FF proc is when you can place it into several powers. Only one can proc at a time but it is for 100%.
It is a bit of a dbl edged sword though as when the procs are flowing it can drain an end bar in seconds. So slot end redux accordingly.

Once I tried putting the FF Proc in several powers, and swore I was tripping myself.

For instance, a power would trigger it, and while it was *active* another power would trigger it, but the second instance would not fire because the first was still active. And then, sometimes another power would try to fire it, but could not, because the second one was still considered *active*, even though it didn't technically fire because the first one was active. Got it...?
I had about 5 powers, including 2 AoEs, with the FF Proc, and yet I just never seem to get that +recharge as much as I though I should, so I look in combat log, see that it was trying to fire here and there -- sure seems like the above happening over and over...
So... did I see it wrong? I'd be happy to be wrong and try it again.
Put a +rech in stomp and only stomp. Any more is a massive waste of a slot
[Union Chat]Sebaddon: If you want to, we will, if you think it's weird, no, that's damz, not us.
[Union Chat]Damz: hey cyber, i am your naked pope for the evening, please confess to me my child
I'm trying to decide between slotting the Force Feedback proc or the Obliteration proc into Footstomp.
Which would generate the best overall performance?
