Signature logos for capes please

If they did that then the City Of Villains collectors cape would be useless, But i kinda want that back detail vanguard NPC have rather then the cape. For a full Vanguard set you know?

Edit: I do agree though. I too would love those vanguard backpacks. But like I said: I don't think it is something we will ever get. I've heard players say that some costume pieces need to exclusive to NPCs so players are not mistaken on a team for an enemy NPC or something. And by not changing the capes I meant not adding new capes with these symbols and new textures. Just add them to basic long/short capes.
Just thought of other cape options: Resistance and Loyalist symbols as well if possible the symbol that represents heroes, and a villain symbol or the veteran reward symbol. Or just make all of the symbols I suggested new and unique for a cape option.
Or, since only 1 has commented besides me on this, maybe it is just a bad idea as no other players seem to have an interest in it.

I have these unlocked on my account via paragon reward token and I would like these symbols as pattern/symbol options for capes.
The Arachnos symbol from the veteran rewards was specifically made to be different than the chest and cape symbol from the City of Villains collector's edition. http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Unlockab...s#Chest_Detail

These symbols are in these categories: Chest>Chest Detail>Special Symbols
and also Shields>Symbols for shields that can take symbols (for shields they are not in a specific category, they are with all the others way down in the list towards the bottom but they are there).
I don't see why these were never made as cape options. It would be nice to have a cape with the Vanguard symbol to go with my Vanguard costume (seeing as the special backpacks some Vanguard NPCs wear we will never get) or an Arachnos symbol to use on a villain cape, or a hero just to look cool.
Edit: Thinking about it, the reason these symbols may not have been added to capes is because separately for chest and shield they have 2 colors to change and maybe it is hard to do that with capes. Although they could made 1 of the colors on the symbol match the color of the cape and the second color would change the other color on the symbol, like other cape symbols already there.
