Pretty sure this is your issue. You need to update your video driver.

Here's a link to the newest driver. I don't have an NVIDIA card, so I'm not sure if it's the best one to use currently, but it'll be better than what you're using now. http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/44962

The driver listed is the driver I see on the nVidia site (301.42). As Chad said, that may not be the best driver for your card and the game. You may want to try the 296.10 or 295.73 drivers instead.

The bigger problem is that it appears that the driver installation is corrupted which is why it is showing the driver date as 01/01/0001 0.00.00 instead of the actual date. If the audio driver date was listed the same way, I'd assume you were using a non-US date and time format, but since that driver date shows correctly it indicates a corrupted video driver installation.

Uninstall the drivers but don't reboot yet, uninstall the nVidia Display entries from the Control Panel but don't reboot yet, download and install Driver Sweeper but don't run it yet, download a new version of the nVidia drivers but don't install them yet.

Reboot into Safe Mode and cancel any New Hardware Wizards that come up. Run Driver Sweeper and have it remove the remnants of the previous nVidia video driver installation. Reboot when it prompts for it and let it load into normal Windows mode.

Cancel any New Hardware Wizards that come up. Install the video card drivers that you downloaded before rebooting into Safe Mode. Run CoH Helper again and paste the results into Notepad. Look at the driver date. If it shows as 01/01/0001 then the installation is still corrupted. If the date is showing correctly, try to see if you can see your character.

Also, your CoH Helper report only shows part of the output. It should have entries from reading your registry to get the settings for the game. Since this isn't showing it seems that something may be blocking access to the registry. That could also cause the corrupt driver installation.

You may also want to post a HiJackThis report as shown in Hyperstrike's [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums thread that is stickied in this section of the forums. It could be software on your computer that is interfering with CoH Helper being able to access the registry entries or that is conflicting with the game and not letting you see the character.

Since we can't see the game settings that are missing from the CoH Helper report the only thing I could offer as advice there would be to set the settings as low as they will go or Off except for settings
Shadows to Stencil Shadows.

Lastly, your free space on Drive C: is at 19%. Some Windows routines have problems when the free space percentage gets below 20 to 25 percent. They don't see that it is 42 Gb free, they only see the percentage.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

The good news is this:

Video Device Name: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Manufacturer / Chip: NVIDIA / GeForce GTS 250
Video Memory: 1024.0 MB
Driver Version: 6.14.0012.9610
Driver Date: 03/01/2012 1.58.00
Driver Language: English

Now the driver is ok xD The bad news is that the characters are still silhouettes. I forgot one thing: since the first time i used the coh helper, it ever said that the CoH registry informations are not found >.<

That means that something is blocking it's access to the registry.

A HiJackThis log would likely show what software is blocking it.

My suspicion would be that it is one of the pieces of the AVG system that is blocking access to the registry.

I don't run AVG anymore at home and don't have any systems here with it installed so can't check it myself.

An easy way to check would be to open the AVG interface and go into each item and disable it temporarily, try running CoH Helper to see if you can get the registry entries and then re-enable all of the AVG items afterward.

The only other way I know of to see the game settings would be to take screenshots of the following registry keys' entries:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cryptic\CoH

Be sure to blank out the entry for Account Name or just do the screenshot of all of the entries in the right-hand pane after that one by scrolling so that it has "just" gone off screen.

EDIT: It is also possible that the nProtect Game Guard Service is blocking access to the registry. You should be able to simply Stop that Service and check to see if you can access the registry with CoH Helper.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

AVG down, nProtect seems like it doesn't want to start, so i hadn't to shut it down... I also did a repair through the ncsoft launcher... No results character creation still doesn't work and still no registry key yet... I really dunno what to do now...

nProtect needs to be shut down from Services, not by looking for it as a running program.

hold the windows key and hit R. That will bring up the RUN command. Type msconfig and hit enter. You'll get a window that shows the System Configuration options. Click the Services tab, check the Hide MSFT box, and find the nProtect service so that you can uncheck that. Click Apply and it'll make you reboot. On the next startup it'll warn you that you're using a custom startup, but you can click ok as you need that state in order to fix this. Once you get this fixed you can go back and reverse the change.

Ok thanks I've done, but the game still doesn't work

Have you tried lowering your resolution?

Edit:
I wish I could dig up an old thread where this was happening for someone else and they fixed it. I know it has happened before.
Anybody with some "mad search fu skills" want to dig for it?
I think it was "black character model" or something.

(Have you tried lowering your resolution?) Yes, already tried...
I'll try to search that thread o.o
