The new enhancement category "Universal Damage"

The only set I've seen so far that will take advantage of this is the new set that converts KB to KD. The Universal Damage Cat is there so that this set can be slotted into powers for various ATs that create KB, be it PBAoE, Melee, Ranged, etc.

It is specifically set for dmg-only powers, so that it doesn't fundamentally change certain powers like Hand Clap, that don't do damage.

It's a mechanic very similar to the Universal Travel sets: Now the developers have a way to code enhancement sets that can be slotted in (almost) all damage-dealing powers.
Oh, you're asking for enhancement sets that actually use this? On live, there aren't any yet. You might be able to earn some of those later... maybe during the summer... perhaps by going to the movies?

Does anyone know what is up with this? I was on my brute and one of the new tags is Universal Damage Sets. I googled it and got nothing. I was wondering if any word was spreading about it.
