What missions/storyarcs do you recommend NOT skipping?

Cool, thanks. I think the only contact any of my characters have had with Vanguard has been during the Montague Castanella arc, when he sends you to the Vanguard building in Atlas to talk to the Rikti defector, and I usually do that at a low level. I didn't even realize the portal to RWZ was in that building until I made a wrong turn on one character and walked right into it.

Practically speaking, I'd say it's pretty important to do all the personal story missions for any contact that has one (all Dark Astoria incarnate contacts and the Tyrant one from Belladonna) since not doing them leaves the story arc open which can prevent you from taking new story arcs if you leave too many unfinished. Mind you this isn't something you usually encounter while leveling really, but quite a few people have wondered why they stopped getting missions after awhile in DA.

I discovered I basically have to turn off XP and actually go out of my way to even find Kings Row content that isn't directly related to the Shining Stars arc. As a zone, I have a real fondness for King's Row. But those contact missions are terrible. And they keep trying to send you to Perez Park, which is not a good idea if you're soloing and especially if you're new to the game.
It's funny- with the new content, there are now several enemy groups that have become extremely easy to never encounter unless you bump into them on the street. Unless you do the Positron TF, it's very likely you'll never fight Vahz. Clockwork don't turn up much, either.
I also believe that she will show up via the 'Find Contact' button, after you hit 35.
