I tried to include the dxdiag all in one post but it wouldn't take (I made a separate post about that) and it was suggested that I break it up. Which I did. Then it was suggested to take all of the posts and put them into my OP. Which I did. I wasn't sure what was needed and what was garbage.

Why have you made a ton of seperate threads with random data in it? Was your first thread not good enough as it was? Not sure what this is meant to be doing...
