My first Stalker

I'm combining my days of paper D&D and made a BS/WP stalker. I normally play a scrapper, or brute.

Anyways, I'm wondering how the combo on a stalker is level 50+.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

thanks!

The all lethal damage and average to low DPS of Broadsword might slow you down a little bit pre -Res procs. The lack of a real AoE also puts you behind Stalker primaries like: KM, Elec, Staff, and, to a lesser extent, StJ.

You will burst damage like a god, however, and WP combined with Parry will make you incredibly hard to kill.

It should be a fun, solid combo if you're looking to make a thematic character and min/maxing isn't the number one priority.

Virtue:
Miserya - 50 EM/ELA Brute (Perma-shelved)
Adriana Rayne - 42 Katana/Dark Scrapper
Cyberpulse - 26 Super Strength/Willpower Brute
Steel Heart - 24 Invuln/Super Strength Tanker

And if min/maxing is a priority and you still want to go with a blade set, DB or NB that's proc'd out will be a high end performer in single-target as well, and DB will get you more AoE damage. I still haven't used points to unlock it but there's a lot of love for Staff Fighting - also thematic for a "paper D&D" type character - floating around in this area of the forums.

I just have a personal marked aversion to weapon sets and will take alternatives even if it hurts performance; in the case of Electric Melee and/or Street Justice, it just happens that I don't have to worry about the performance hit.

Thanks for the feedback. Too many alts. I've put this guy on hold for a bit. Maybe because I have a KAT/WP scrapper and they are too much alike. I am working on a SJ/SR stalker now.

too many alts... bah!
