It's a universal damage set - Wormhole does no damage. Hence, you can't do it.
Believe me, I was ready to do it too before I realised it wouldn't work.

Yes.
If I remember correctly they said in the video (and in the game) it says, "chance for kb to become KD or KU."
So....however that works...

One question that was answered was that there just might be some sort of event at/in the Ziggurat. So....that'll be interesting
The Summer Blockbuster event is on beta now and it's pretty fun (did 2 runs of it myself).
