You need to change "Crab woes" into "Crab woahs!!" 
Sorry Two_dollar, sometimes the tone of what I write isnt the same as the tone in my head. I meant it to sound like 'Thats pretty okay (happy voice and nods)' and not 'thats okay but...'.
I do like your idea, and it follows what I want to do much more than the hovacrab. I dont mind being a little squishy, as ive managed to do incarnate stuff and itrials without dying on my current build. Adding more survivability, AND damage on to my current build is great and its all on the cheaper side! Plus I've learned to love my pets. They dish out that bit more damage I need and help herd mobs, especially the escaping prisoners in Baf.
Im ignorant when it comes to numbers and positional defence and caps. I just cant get my head around it, which is why I didnt understand the duel maneuvers. Now I know, ill think about tinkering slightly (mainly the lvl 32 power) and respec my toon! I might take Omega Maneuver with Stupify? Any other ideas? What would happen if I swap out Mu Mastery for Mace Mastery. For mace im thinking Web envelope, Shatter Armour and Summon Blaster.

I have a crab with Mako for the cones. four cones plus venom grenade are all the offence I need. The only melee attack is boxing. Only one single target attack and I rarely use it. soft capped defense to all positions. I recommend going with what you like, but I tell you that I like this total Ranged AOE. The only time I slow down is for the boss at the end, which my pets usually defeat while I wipe everything else.
Omega can be fun and web grenade usefull, but defeated mobs don't run. My opinion only. I second the advice to drop CT Offensive as accuracy is sufficient through other means.

The build looks ok,
- Linea Alba's Hovercrab is a "huntsman" (uses SMG attacks instead of normal Crab attacks). Hovering to avoid melee combat, and protected from ground fire by soft-capped Ranged and AoE defenses, the hovercrab rains down death like a helicopter gunship.
- The build I posted is more similar to yours, in that it runs around with Combat Jumping and shoots Crab AoE ranged attacks and summons pets. It has a good attack for finishing melee combats quickly, but should avoid melee if possible. Higher recharge and more pets than the hovercrab, but squishier.
