Arcane Bridge: A little help please...
you'll lose the stairs, but raise the doorway or lower the room? (never played with slowfields so dont know if that would work or not)
After a little sleep, and reevaluation, I managed to figure it out. It took making the room a bit bigger (longer really) but it ended up putting rooms on the edge of the grid, which is awesome in my book lol.
thanks for taking a look peoples
happy hunting!

could we see an 'after' pic?
This is how it ended up looking, though i'm not completely sold on the giant heads as a underpass. Still toying with several decorative ideas, but when you walk across the bridge, the slow field effect moves beneath your feet, and it is pretty neat looking (and it doesn't run into my staircase :-D)

Alright, have a little problem I just ran into, after having this 'brilliant' idea.
The Room is a Security Corridor, made small on purpose, because it's nothing more than a small pathway to a much larger room.
I've laid down 2 slow fields, wanting to make the room appear to look something like the Bifrost or an otherwise mythological bridge that leads to the world of our more 'godly' heroes.
Initially, I had thought to make the bridge relatively small in size (just big enough for a toon to move down the pathway, while making it rather obvious that the slow field effect isn't 'supposed' to be walked on, when I ran into this problem....
The slow field runs directly into the staircase (or any other step I would lay down), and therefore looks pretty stupid, in my opinion, taking away the values of walking into a separate dimension, if you will.
Any ideas on how to get around this little issue?
Changing room sizes is not out of the question either, I just want to keep the room size fairly small, and 1sq. narrow, so 2x2 and up is out of the question for the concept of the area.
Thanks guys
