BR/NRG Build Thoughts

Trying to find a good defensive build for my BR/NRG while maintaining some decent recharge.

Don't really want Hasten.

Pretty much anything else goes.

This gets me 34.4 S/L, 37.9 E/N and 41 Ranged with 66.3 recharge.

I realize I can add a Ragnorok someplace as well.

Thoughts?

This is what I have ATM, hopefully it will give you some ideas. It can have some changes as well. But the ATO was a simple upgrade for now. I'm not into purple IOs just because of the cost.

I do think you should incorporate Boost Range at least as it is a really simple power that just does or can do so much for you.
