Paragon Market Question
It's a known issue. The store doesn't mark bought items as bought, although I'm pretty sure it won't let you actually rebuy the same item. (although, if you buy a bundle, then try to buy a component of a bundle... I'm not sure it'd stop you in that case)

You can add items to your shopping cart that you already own, but it's supposed to prevent you from actually purchasing them if you try to buy them.
At least, that's how things work on beta when I've attempted to buy something that I didn't realize I've already unlocked on beta.
It's not really an ideal system. It shouldn't let you add items you already own to your cart at all.

I want them to add a button that flat out hides all the stuff I already own, so that I can spend less time scrolling.

It definitely won't let you re-buy something you already purchased. I ran into this when I was trying to figure out how many of the "Extra Auction House Storage" thingies I had already purchased. It was a while ago, but I think it didn't tell me "NO" until I clicked to confirm the purchase.
Those "extra storage" items are a really good example of why they need this functionality. If you occasionlly purchase extra storage (like I did), how are you supposed to know which of them you purchased (1 of 10, 4 or 10, 7 of 10, ect)?
Costume bundles will be an issue, I'm sure. Perhaps it should tell how how many parts in the bundle you already own ("You own 3 of 8 parts"), even if it doesn't tell you which parts exactly.
Edit: As a "work-a-round" (and I HATE work-a-rounds...) you can flag the items you buy with the "wish list" function. That stands out rather nicely. Why they can't use the same basic concept for "owned items", I'm just not certain.
CoH has been unique in the sea of cloned MMOs.There are years of possibilities still
in such a well designed, well supported and well loved game.Shutting it down now doesn't
make sense on any level except, perhaps, on some spreadsheets bottom line. I do not
consider this an act of a company that has the interests of its customers at heart. This
calls into question why I would want to be part of any further ventures involving NCSoft.
The Paragon Market has a bad interface. Almost unbelievably bad, for a supposedly professional product. It doesn't hide items you cannot buy, it doesn't tell you why you can't buy them if you try (it gives a cryptically unclear error message), the Back button forgets what page you were on, it has sort options but none of them are "newest first", the list goes on. It's just a mess.
Before Freedom I bought just about every pack they came out with. The only ones I didn't buy was Steampunk, and the Wedding Pack. I have been VIP since Freedom and have purchased all of the new powersets except Beast Mastery and Staff.
Why do I still have the option in the Market to "Buy Now" on almost everything I already have. I can buy Masterminds, I can buy Street Justice even though I already have it, its really irritating. I wish there was a way to filter everything you already have on your account, or a "collection" tab like they did with the Super Packs.
Is this a known problem? Because I was really close to buying the Origins bundle the other day because I forgot about the Facemaker Surgeon and I couldn't change my characters from Male to Female, and it would have let me...
