Back Port +Def from tank Ma to all versions and other suggestions

-Why is there no PVP pet set? All the other attack types get a pvp set, a bunch of non attack types, and even buff types get a set but pets don't get a set???
My suggestion:
E/D/R
A/D

20% chance for minor fire dmg(33% in pvp)
2: 2% end recov
1.5% cold/fire res
3: 4 mag res placate
4 mag res taunt
4: 7.5% rech buff
7.5% res rech slow
5: 12% regen
2% hp increase
6: 2.5% psionic res
2% psionic def

Tanker MA got the Defense bonus because it couldn't make use of the improved chance to critical the power has on other ATs that have the set.

All of your other suggestions sound reasonable, though, except maybe the MM PPP pet thing, since the ancillary pools are supposed to give you some of what your AT lacks, and MMs don't lack for pets.

It also gets a straight up damage boost from Eagles Claw in place of the crit chance

The PPPs gives controllers and doms pets, scrappers/stalkers a high mini crashless elude def click power, and a -tohit, - dmg toggle to B/T/SOA; the PPPs give recharge intensive pets which is something most MMs don't have access to so this suggestion would be giving something the AT doesn't have outside demons, storm, and thugs.

While I'm not really for or against the port of +Def from Storm Kick to all the other melee sets, I still don't see why it had to be done for Tanker Martial Arts.

Tankers lack criticals period, so not having the increased chance to crit makes sense. This is also why Scrappers/Stalkers (who dont get an increased chance to crit with their EC) don't have -Resist with Thunder Kick, it's a Tanker's ability.

In the end, I figure they gave Storm Kick +Defense for Tankers, as I'm guessing it was the only way to make Martial Arts interresting and worth taking for Tankers, out side of just having nice animations.
