All belts are doing this if you have a jacket on.

I don't know if I should feel better or worse about that. Also I thought I had a few belts that didn't do this with jackets.

I had already started a thread about this exact bug. And no, it doesn't happen with all belts. So far for me it is just the Leather Studded Belt that doesn't show.

The error is most easily explained with a picture:
The character has the belt with that jacket, yet every time I try to edit the costume, the studded belt disappears. The Costume Creator will happily charge me to reselect the belt, but will not apply it.
I will also note that the belt DOES NOT CLIP with the jacket in any way.
And yes, I can use the belt with other tops.
