Description reads PBAoE, Team + Recharge, Heal, +End, Moderate healing over time, +recovery.

Mids has it burning 20 end to cast...what +recovery does it produce...again mids has it at 15%. Is it buffable? Does it acually give a +end?

I can see the change in heal when buffed...

Whats a good slotting? With the goal to eventually get it perm...

The +15 endurance is not affected by enhancements or buffs, but the +30% recovery for 30 seconds is. I do not recommend slotting it for endmod, that's a pretty lame buff considering that even when you have chrono shift perma it's only up a third of the time. Think of those elements as a bonus and slot it for recharge and heal to taste. On my dark/time I three slotted it with the doctored wounds heal/rech, recharge, and heal/end/rech: boosted to +5 this gives ED capped recharge and a decent amount of healing. I didn't really see any reason to use more slots than that, the main thing is getting it permanent for the recharge bonus.

Slotting it for endmod does help. It can be the difference between people being at 100% endurance when the +recovery phase of the buff ends and people being less than that. If people are at 100% when the +recovery portion of the buff ends then you and they will have an easier time coasting til chrono shift recharges again for another recovery boost. It's quite similar to how Domination works, although not as powerful. It is effectively a large short term recovery buff, you only need enough recovery to not bottom out before it recharges.

If you're going to use Doc Wounds don't stop at 3. When using Doc Wounds you want to goto 5 for the 5% recharge, which is pretty much the entire point of the set. If you only want to 3 slot it use Numinas or Miracles for the hp bonus.

Look at it this way: if you have perma chrono shift, you have at least 220% global recharge already. At that point two slots for another 5% seemed a little silly to me. The main thing I'd have gained from more doctored wounds would be ED capped heal slotting, but I just never need it. The last time I died was when I was out of position, as it were, pulling the AVs on ITF mission three a while back, an ITF I tanked, and healing wouldn't have helped. As far as the recovery aspect goes, same deal. I don't start losing endurance unless I'm going absolutely guano on a severely tough AV, and they typically die before I need to do anything to mitigate it. That's on a troller with musculature and no other incarnate powers yet.

Numina's and Miracle sets don't have a recharge IO unfortunately, so three-slotting it with one of those sets won't give as much recharge. My slotting in Chrono Shift matches PR's slotting, and I did it for the enhancement values more than the set bonuses. At one time I was thinking about someday switching out the heal/recharge and the heal/end/recharge for the Panacea versions for a bit more recovery, but I forgot all about that (until now).
