Power Customization: Reactive (Incarnates)

For whatever reason, they couldn't finish it for Epic and Pool powers and there's never been enough incentives for them to finish it.

So, knowing this issue, why can't change the colors on Interface powers? Meanwhile, we can even modify the energy field when we summon Lore pets. Does not compute.

It is a tad beguiling, isn't it?

Interface is, essentially, as if you slotted an IO Proc in all of your powers. You will note, that when those go off, the ones that have a visual (like chance for Hold), they are not customizable. I would venture to guess, this is precisely how Interface is coded... so until you can customize MM pets and IO Procs, you won't be able to customize Interface Procs or Lore Pets.

Of course, that doesn't make me want the ability to do so any less.

My bad, BTW. I meant Interface, but Reactive was on my mind.

That explanation doesn't really work for me because it's not a basic enhancement. It is power in of itself.

I really wish they WOULD finish making the power pools customizable.

There's very little in them that is unique. Most of the powers exist in regular power sets and have already been adapted for player customization. You'd think it's mainly a matter of copy/paste, to enable customization on powers that already have the proper profiles. The remainder could just be left in their original state (at least for now).

For example, I can pick colors for World of Confusion on my blaster, but I can't color the same power when taken from a power pool?

I assume there must be some other barrier to customizing these powers. If there isn't, I have no idea why this hasn't been done already.

Perhaps the basis of the problem is that unlike primary and secondary power sets, the pool powers can be changed with a respec? And since color profiles can be saved in the costume generator, if you repec and try to apply a profile for a different pool power set, there might be a problem?
