Transformation power
I've been thinking about this for a while and how it could be done so simply that the devs could actually implement it very easily with very little assets.

You must work in the industry.
Sorry, but this has been covered before.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

I'm not making assumptions but compared to having to create a whole power set for or even a custom character model which only applies for a few, my idea is much easier.
Paragon has made it very clear that the art teams time is precious and a lot of ideas they want to do arent going to be done anytime soon because they have other stuff already on the teams plates. Kinda like color changing epic/patron powers.
If they can code powers such as mystic fortune/secondary mutation/ & the robot self destruct to be sold in the market than the coding for another such power cant be all that much of a stretch.
You can already do this kind of thing with binds and power choices, though. Say you run around with just your basic armor going in your normal costume. Then, you can hit a bind to change you to costume slot 4, and turn on tough at the same time. Bam! You're tougher, and your appearance changes to match.

yay for a couple percent more resistance to S/L.
I guess I'm the only one who wants this kind of thing.
Just figured with seeing the occasional "we need a morph power set that isnt khelds".
How about just give us more temp powers than?
They used to come with each costume bundle.

Rather than make a power set for this kind of thing or making it like the coyote travel power (with its own character model) which both would require work on the art team. (which apparently is very limited to how much they can do) Why not make a power that lasts say 60 to 90 seconds and gives good resists, moderate recharge, recovery, and perhaps even some damage and to hit bonus along with costume changing you to one of your slots when you use it. Say its tied to costume slot 5. If you haven't unlocked that one yet, than i dont know. But i figure whatever slot it uses would be programmed in and not able to be set which one you want specifically. (Remember, less work for paragon the more chance it has being made)
Think melee armor T9 without the horrible crashes and not as strong but still worth paying money for to have on all your characters. I personally have a bunch of characters who I wouldnt mind this kind of thing on. (if not all of them as its very easy to fit into theme) Kinda like a DBZ super mode (hence the costume change), only not. Sure there are a lot of other examples of this type of thing in manga, comics, cartoons etc. Only have one character at the moment who currently has this type of thing going on but luckily they dont need a costume change, they just click demonic aura and force of nature and it counts for his "rage" mode. Costume change would be quick and efficient and takes place during powers activation so its not like im actually manually changing my costume during battle which is just asking for npcs to beat up on you. I'd say make it take no longer than teleports activation time and even than thats kinda long. Acceptable i guess tho.
So pros
+Very little work. None by the art team essentially. You could even use teleports little flash for animation and activation time to be super lazy about it.
+Money earned to work/time spent ratio is huge
+Because it doesnt use a specific character model and uses a costume slot look it can be used by just about anyone. Which means more people buying it (Where as while I like travel powers, I will never buy coyote or panther or anything transformation cause no character i will ever make would actually turn into those things.)
Cons
-What happens when a player doesnt have the costume slot its tied to unlocked. (Perhaps make it not change appearance under those circumstances and just default to slot 1. So than it would just be the buff until you did get that slot. Which could be a pro for people who have no desire for a "power mode transform" ability. )
