Is a one day sale (as in today) of Staff Fighting for double the points a bad idea? Come on devs, make a bit more money on a special "Get it early before it's off untill it's official release date" money maker!

Since the featured items are unchanged, and the MVAS is now on sale for some reason (it wasn't before, was it? It's not in last week's announcement, anyway), I'm gonna hazard a guess that this is simply a mistake of some kind.
Criminey Jickets, I was hoping for something, anything at all in the market today. Ah well, looks like I get to save my points until Staff Fighting comes out in three years.

I was thinking the double xp boosters might be what came out this week and could go along with Zwills comment as well.
Seems like a fit, it was in beta and tested somewhat and I don't imagine it needed a whole lot of testing seeing as we have the double xp weekends every now and then.
Though seeing nothing on the market makes me a sad TA...I got accustomed to new stuffz right after 12am PST. I know...I know....I got spoiled...

Can't see how it's good business sense to not let people know when stuff is going to be released. Surely MMO developers have learned by now that communication is key.
Personally I tend to get disinterested in games when I'm waiting for something that doesn't happen, or when you don't get told when it's going to happen (like new patches etc) and there are plenty of competitors out there that I can drift off to.
My playtime has been significantly reduced, while awaiting Staff, as well.
I started to roll up a new Scrapper the other night when I hit the 20 hour wall in DA, then I realized I'd be making a new one a week later with Staff, so I held off. Having nothing else appealing... I logged.
So, what *did* hit the store today?

The vanity pets are cute. And I admit, I have bought a couple on impulse. But for the most part they are quite overpriced for my tastes and what I get out of them.
Regarding the lion, have they adjusted the scale so it doesn't feel like a dwarf lion that ran away from the circus? I recall that being a problem on test.
