Hide Proc for Street Justice
Putting ATO proc in Assassin Strike is the only and best idea because if you don't, you may end up using an interruptable AS during your normal attack chain when you don't want to.
Putting in AS means your next attack won't be another AS (unless you feel like waiting for it to recharge).
AS's base recharge is 15s, which already makes the proc happen 100% of the time. There is no need to upgrade to superior unless you want superior bonuses.
Has anyone noticed anything different with Superior proc?
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
I have hear so many wonderful thing of that proc place in almost any attack.
Some say AS: To have AS extreme DMG everytime
Some say tier 9 attack: to boost your dmg expotecialy
SOme say AoE: to boost your AoE critical to100%
Some say fast rechg attack: to boost your DPS
Can someone confirm one or all of this assumption?
I would like to know.
I want /Fire stalker. Because nothing says stealth like dumping a can of gasoline on yourself and lighting a match. -Morac

The best place to put the proc is in Assassin strike because you know your next attack won't be AS. You can follow up with a heavy hitter like Eagle Claw or an aoe like Throw Spines. It's what's AFTER it that matters. (although I am lazy and tired of keeping that 10s duration. If it happens, it happens)
And the new Assassin Strike is so good that there is little reason to not use it. If you put it in Uppercut, for example, your next attack may be a hidden attack and if you use Assassin Strike, it will be the interruptable version. It's annoying to get into interruptable version unexpectedly.
And also, a full set of Stalker Guile gives very good +recharge. It is a perfect full set for Assassin Strike IMO. I can't think of any other attack that is more suitable for the proc that won't cause interruptable AS.

AS is the best place for StJ because AS also gives +2 combo points. So you can do some sick burst damage with AS followed by (hidden crit) CU. And some sick BU (from hide) - AS - CU damage.
A chain that incorporates AS also frequenty has a 1-combo point builder before AS, meaning that CU will not only crit but crit with 3 combo points.
I went a different route and put it in Spinning Strike because I don't like the TAOE sets, but it may be sub-optimal dps wise. Still, works for me .

New to the Stalker World, but love it so far.
My intuition tells me to put the Stalker ATO Hide proc on Assassin's Strike. Is this a good idea? Why or why not?
