The first arc, which gives you the badge and access to the patron pools, is 5 door missions and 2 talks, according to paragonwiki. http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Scirocco
It doesn't take very long; exact time will vary wildly by character, difficulty setting, etc, but you could probably do it in well under an hour if you wanted.
Scirroco's first arc is really short. He also has a great story after the first arc.
I think many people avoid his arcs, though, because he has you facing EBs a little often to start, and Ice Mistral can be a pain to take down multiple times. Ghost Widow is worse, though, because of her heal and hold/intangible.

i usually like running the ones with more AVs in them cause the AVs are fun lol

A lot of the scenery in there is unique--some of it has been recycled elsewhere in the game--but it showed up here first. And some of it can still only be found in Scirocco's arc.

Is the ceremony map available in AE?
Is the Sybil Temple also available?
I would love to use them for a private fun area.

How many missions is it and a ballpark on how long it takes to run just went from hero to villian to do so just curious on these 2 things
