I've added the rest of the CoH Helper report.
The HijackThis report has also been expanded significantly with all data I'm willing to provide (ie nothing directly relating to system security).
You need to enable geometry buffers in your graphics options. Your graphics card should have that function.
That will definitely help, maybe even solve the issue.
Too much stuff excised, and things like your CheckPoint VPN software? C'mon.

As suggested I'll put this one techsupport's way, particularly as it doesn't seem to be, like the older driver issue, a familiar issue.

Did you enable Geometry Buffers?
I think the need to be enabled if your graphics card supports them otherwise you have problems.
