First on how to use them, I would start by opening up your email and placing one by one into seperate emails to @Midnight Havoc. He has pleanty of email space left. I deleted Mids so i'll need your io's to make builds. Thanks.

Well first off, no one knows what toons you already have or what type of toon you like to play so the suggestions made could be just as useless as the usual replies you get to this type of thread; that being said I would recommend a rad defender if you like playing in zone.
Any debuff similar to those of radiation are incredibly annoying because of perma travel suppression.
A trick arrow can be really annoying and good fun, as well as storms which you do not see at all anymore.
I find my Peacebringer one of the most fun toons I have to play, the squid form has great dmg and great range and PB's in general are very hard to kill when played right. You won't do the most damage though
