Allow all team members to view NPC dialogue
I think it has been said before, but I /sign this.
Something I saw done in the SSA was the NPC actually saying the entire dialogue as soon as you reach them. This was pretty cool in a Half-Life kind of way. I imagine if this can be applied to more missions, it will make getting the story a whole lot easier for other players and also give that dynamic "this is happening now regardless of where I am" feel.

I don't want the devs to spend much time on this I think an icon over their head showing they are conversing would be all that is needed.

I completely disagree with this.

I'm a new player, (Christmas 2011) and I've been playing 90% of my time teamed with friends. We find this the biggest flaw in this game. Even if you're both on the same mission, only one can see the actual dialog.
I like this game a lot because of all the nice story arcs is has. (First Ward for example). But the story is in the dialogs, not so much in the missions (which often look very similar).
We have resorted to copy-pasting all dialogs into Team Chat for most of the things we do. Otherwise the rest of the team has no clue what's going on. It's my number one annoyance with the game.
Sometimes parts of the dialogs will be said by the NPCs, but not always and not consistently. Even the before mentioned SSA's don't do this consistently. If they do it inconsistently it's even more of a pain, as you then have to compare dialog with spoken text.
First, apologies if this has been suggested previously. I've been playing the new DA content lately and have also recently done the new low-level redside arcs (Love them!). I can't imagine I'm the only one who's playing this content, not just solo, but as part of a duo or small team. We've found that it can be quite cumbersome for the team leader to keep the rest of the team up on what's going on, because the rest of the team can't actually engage in, or even read, the dialogue with NPCs that occurs at various points throughout the missions. So, a couple of suggestions:
1. Allow team members to view the dialogue options in a read-only mode, as in, you can progress through and see what the NPC is saying, but only the choices made by the team leader have any effect.
2. Alternatively, have what the NPC is saying copied to the [NPC] channel, so players could read it in their chat window. Or possibly, create a new channel for it so it could be distinguished from the chatter of patrols, ambushes, etc., and so players could choose not to display if that's their preference.
