SoulBound Allegiance: Chance for Build Up and Phantom Amry

I was just wondering if I slot the Build Up proc from SoulBound Allegiance into Phantom Army will it still have a chance to proc off the pets even though they are untouchable?

yes it does affect the pets, the reason being is the proc applies to self

Each pet has an individual chance to proc with every attack, also, so PA is like the tastiest place to put Soulbound.
