Returning 50 Bots/Dark needs help
Do you really mean SO? Or IO?
If SO, it's really time to start thinking about IOs. You can get your Incarnate abilities at the same time (just alternate missions, or whatever).
There are some sweet rewards in the form of Tip missions now, which will get you great IO enhancements. Check the contacts tab under Tips. If you are still red side, check the Crucible in Cap. You have to (seriously) talk to the scrounger guy and then click on his garbage can.
I don't know what's good with IOs for Bots/Dark. Recharge, heals and debuff I guess. More damage always welcome. But Lich might benefit from controls too.
For Incarnates head to Ouroboros, and do Mender Ramiel's mission. Fastest way to get started. Then head to DA and start the content there, and join some global channels for Trials. You get lots of stuff there.
Intuition looks like it might be good for Alpha slot. It buffs Hold Duration. It can also increase Defense DeDuff, Range, Confuse Duration, Taunt and Fly Speed.
Musculature buffs damage and Damage. It also modifies Immobilization Duration, Defense Debuff, Endurance Modification. That looks like it might be tasty as well.

Ok...so did a bunch of reading, did some looking around at other builds and am ready for some comments
I know that some of the slotting could be better with purples, but I'm trying to do this one w/o purples first to see how much I play him and then will purple down the road.
I'm thinking of musculature for the +dmg.
Two things I would like to change with this build but not sure how I would:
1) I have a full set of the MM AIO enhancements. Not sure how to best use them in this build.
2) I would really like to gbet photon grenade in here somewhere but not sure what to swap out.

Have a 50 bots/dark who was my first 50. Currently he is SO'd out, but I would love to start trying incarnate content with him. I am horrible with builds using sets and couldnt find any posts with build info that was current. Any builds/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
