Please make ALL bank missions random at any level

most likely the baddies would be more or less the same if they did this (since PPD has enemy versions from lvl 1-54)
I think we should just have them in Ouro.

I think all bank missions should be random. I think it would be more fun for everyone plus it would give a character of any level a chance to get all the badges eventually without having to beg lower level toons for help.
We should be able to protect Atlas Park or any bank at any level. This gets very boring at level 50 if you are doing missions and you always get the same bank at that level. It would be way more fun to get different banks with different enemies.
