This is some crash at their level... zwigg said in announcements it is an unexpected downtime. Everything else I have seen it is accrossed the board as a huge game crash. I have not seen any explanations to the cause or anything it is just down. 
. So don't know if it is a bad program, or a hardware issue they are keeping that closed loop so far.

What is this Unknown Map my toons are spread out over many maps now they all on a Unknown Map and cant be loaded. Anyone know whats up?
