I began Who Will Die: Part 6 on one of my characters on Justice server. I had to go AFK for about 15 minutes with the splash page for the arc still up. When I clicked the Enter Game button afterwards, the client crashed and I was prompted to log what I did.

Now, viewing any of my characters on Character Selection, on any server, the screen says that they are on Map: Unknown. If I attempt to enter the game with them, I am returned to the Server Selection screen with the message 'Cannot find map!'.

Fix this. I want to play.

sounds like you were logged out for inactivity which happens in mish now as well as in zones. I guess no-one thought to test what happens if you are on that screen.

No, you do not get disconnected in mission.
The servers all died for a little while.

Your first hint that it was not "normal inactivity logout" should have been the fact that he could not login on most characters or servers.
