30 +5 Call to Arms acc/recharge - 27.25%
50 Expedient Reinforcement acc/recharge - 26.5%
50 + 5 Expedient Reinforcement acc/recharge - 33.1%

Is this correct?
Call to Arms at level 30 and boosted x5, gives better enhancement values than level 50 Expediant Reinforcement?
