New expansion pack
We already have missions like this as well as alternate versions of Atlas park.
Ouroboros exists to allow us to travel back in time to earlier 'years' in our characters careers. This is time travel in the game world.
As far as a full on boxed expansion...
No thanks. I don't think the return would be worth the investment honestly.
Under the Freedom model, I believe GR will be the final true expansion, with everything new being added piecemeal instead.

As far as more time-travel zones, I'm not opposed to the idea (between Oroborous and the Midnighters, there are a lot of huge time-travel-related organizations out there doing surprisingly little actual time travel), but I'd rather see something like... helping Atlas hold off enemy forces in Independence Port during WWII. We read about it in-game, let's see it! Make a TF out of it. Or a trial, maybe, since that wouldn't need an entire zone so much as a large unique mission map. I'd also be okay with seeing some of the Rogue Isles' pirate lore expanded more. Time travel to the past makes more sense than going to the future; to me, going forward kind of implies that it's all preordained and nothing we're doing in the present matters anyway.
But realistically, we've already got a number of city zones that are sitting basically abandoned and unused. Spreading players even thinner across even more zones is not what the game needs right now.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
I've always wished a TF or new arc would have you travel back to
Brass Monday to assist States and Vambrace & crew, since that's the pivotal moment that kicked off the 'Age of Heroes' and all.

The thing with trips to the future is that is wouldn't have been feasible in this game a while back... but now we have phasing! With enough work, and enough flags and variables, it could be possible to have a mutable future to go to.however, if they did do travel to the future, they would need a metric S**t-Ton of phasing.
Example:
The Egregious Trope-Man goes to the future, kicks some butt, and runs out of bubble gum. He hops back to our time to get more, and beats up some mooks, maybe takes out the Big Bad's Dragon. He hops back, and the actions he did change the future he goes to (I.E. he switches phases). He kicks more butt, and runs out of bubble gum again. This time, he goes back, buys a bubble gum factory and hops forward. The factory is there.
Tada.

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.
Maybe a time traveling 1 were you can go to future atlas park (or where ever) Or you can start in the "future" and need to go to the past to change the corse of time or atart in the past and go to the future to learn secrets and be a success. Villain a nd evil can start future/past. DO you guys like?
