Deadline:
The deadline of this theme is set on March 29th at midnight Eastern US time (UTC-05).

Early Bird Vote:
Every artist that submits his/her piece before the 15th of March at midnight Eastern US time (UTC-05), is granted a 3rd place vote.

Prizes for this month:
The winner of the month will win 25 million influence in-game.
The runner up of the month will win 10 million influence in-game.
3rd prize is 5 million influence in-game.

...and by that I mean I have none of my own. I may end up asking someone
to borrow theirs or if no ideas spring to me hold a contest and see what I get randomly.

This is about drawing villains right? Or is it about the city itself, (red-side third of the game)?

Well, yeah it's about drawing Villains, but if you can come up something that involves the Villain side that's good too. It has to be very recognizable as such though.
Oh.. and there are always NPC Villains
Or if one would be drawing his hero as a Villain, fine by me! As long as it's evil! MUAHAHA! eh...

But I know what you mean *giggles* I'm sensing the lack of Villains aswell! I'm still brainstorming myself about a drawing for this month...
