Scrapper ATO, where?

I am posting my build for my main character. This is my workhorse for task forces, helping folks, etc. I am very happy with the build. I only want 3 more things for it. 1) Blaster powers 2) No End Issues 3) immunity from incarnate patches of death. It would appear all 3 of those things must wait until at least issue 23 or later. What I have is a full set of Scrapper ATOs that should go onto this. The question, where? Should I split them 3/3 and purp half? Or should I slot all 6 in one power. And what power(s) do I do that with. I have some ideas, of course, but thought I would ask and see if anyone has insight. Thanks.

I'd either replace 2 of your Kin Combats with 3/6 Scrapper Superior and then use that 2.5% S/L Def leeway to work in some extra E/N or F/C defense from set bonuses, or go 6/6, replacing one of your oblits or the slots in Chain Induction.

By the way, those flight speed IOs in swift and lightning reflexes are doing literally nothing for you. Flight speed is capped out-of-box if you aren't using afterburner.
