Short answer no.
GR access stays.
All unlocked power sets stay.
Because you're a long term vet and you should have up to tier 9 rewards you will keep access to all AT's.
The only thing is all your toons will be locked and you will have to spend unlock points to gain access to them so you may not be able to unlock all of your current toons and may not be able to make any more without deleting.
You should receive 2 unlocks plus all the unlocks you earned over the years. (Of course you can still buy more on the market).
A thing I didn't like was that you will not be able to remove the annoying big blue Store button from your screen.
I went from a sub where I bought GR to Preemie and I still have Praetoria, DP, the alignment system and so on.

Hi all. I hope that I can get an answer here. I have been with CoX since 05 but due to time and $ restrictions I have to down grade and loose my VIP status. My question is about Going Rouge access. I bought Going Rouge when it came out (still have the damn box). Do I loose dual pistol, elec. control etc just by loosing my VIP status even if I bought the expansion? Thanks for your help.
