Electrical Melee / Dark Armor Build Help

I decided to dust off a fun character from a while ago, and started updating her build using Mids. Sometimes I do OK, sometimes I fail badly. I have all the powers I want, but I can't figure out the right combination of recipes to give either a good smashing/lethal defense or a good melee/ranged/aoe defense. Resistances are OK, high 30s to low 50s mostly. I figure that I need to have good mob control and cross my fingers at this point, so I have Thunderstrike, Lightning Rod, and Spring Attack, with Dark Regeneration down to 10sec recharge with hasten up, and Shadow Meld is there so that 15sec out of 30sec I am fine Anyway, please look this over, all suggestions for improvement are greatly appreciated. Dark Armor builds type defense more easily then positional. Getting S/L/E/N to 32.5% is pretty good as you just need a small purple inspira to softcap. I recommend taking Cloak of Fear and/or Opressive Gloom. Having enemies around you stunned and terrorized will help with your survival. CoF also have a -tohit debuff which is pretty nice but is an end hog.

I redid your IO's and a bit of slotting to get 34.85% def in S/L/E/N. Unfortunately it gives up a lot of recharge. I did not change any of your power picks. If that's what you like, then roll with it.

Thanks, that gives me something to think about. Last time I tried (this is a long while ago) Cloak of Fear, it broke hide and therefore was useless on Dark Jouliet, so I got rid of it. Things have changed with that? I have heard of people trying to toggle things on and off, but CoF has a 5 sec activation time, which makes that very unreasonable in combat. If it is somehow effective, I will see what I can replace. Thanks again.

Np. If I remember right, CoF and OG suppress with Hide so it won't break it but they do ruin placate. I think all toggle auras work that way on stalkers now.
