I believe there is a potential for a bit of lag time with the test server talking to the account server. It may take up to 24 hours for the test server to recognize your VIP status.

Although going by Zombie Man's post in this thread, it may take more than a day, all depends on when the beta server synchs with the account server, which is not as frequently as the live servers.
So give it a day or two, and if you still don't have access, file a support ticket.

I installed the training room it tells me I need to be VIP I started being VIP a few hours ago but it tells me I'm still not.
Any help appreciated
