AR and Munitions Mastery - Redraw

I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender

So no matter what AR Rifle I pick, Celestial, etc, when I use Munitions Mastery it uses that weapon?

I always keep my weapon the same for AR and Munitions Mastery. I use Cryo Freeze Ray all the time, and there's never a redraw to switch over to freeze ray or to go back to AR powers. I'm sure that's not the case, though, if you set the two powersets to have different weapons.

Does this apply to Beam Rifle and Munitions? I don't think I'm going to go Munitions anyway, but it would be nice to know.
If you switch back and forth between powers in AR and Munitions Mastery, eg Sniper and LRM, does it cause redraw redraw redraw?
